We want people with disabilities to be able to use our website and get the mortgage information they need. We are improving our pages using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our technical target.

Get help or report a barrier

If a page, questionnaire, video, or appointment tool is difficult to use, call Andy Hunt Jr. at (504) 279-5626 or email andy@performancemtg.com. Tell us which page or feature caused the problem and how you would prefer us to help. We can discuss your questions by phone or email.

Using the site

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. Enter activates a link or button; Space also activates buttons. Escape closes the mobile menu and inquiry dialog.
• The first link lets you skip navigation and move to the main content.
• You can enlarge text using your browser zoom controls. Pages are designed to reflow on smaller screens.
• Our six mortgage videos include transcripts, existing visible captions, and selectable English caption tracks. Videos wait for you to choose Play.
• Questionnaires and calculators can be used with a keyboard. Errors are announced and associated with their fields.

Third-party tools and ongoing review

Our site uses third-party chat, review, contact, and appointment tools, and links to the lender’s secure application. Some accessibility behavior is controlled by those providers. If a tool prevents you from continuing, contact Andy using the phone or email above for assistance.

Accessibility work is ongoing. Automated checks and keyboard tests cover part of the experience; further assistive-technology and third-party testing remains necessary. This statement is not a claim of complete WCAG conformance.
